Our Founders’ Story
MachinePace was founded by Mark Mannion, Satish Patel and Chirag Dave, three technology leaders with decades of experience delivering complex, high‑stakes programmes across data, cloud, security and enterprise platforms. After years working in global financial services, major software vendors and large‑scale consulting environments, they saw the same pattern emerging across organisations:
Data was growing faster than teams, governance was struggling to keep up, cloud costs were rising, and AI was accelerating the pressure on already‑stretched platforms.
Both founders shared the belief that organisations needed a more modern, pragmatic and outcome‑driven approach - one that combined deep technical expertise with disciplined delivery, strong governance and a relentless focus on business value.
Mark brought more than 35 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, consulting and security, helping organisations modernise platforms, strengthen governance and reduce risk. Satish brought extensive expertise in operational leadership, service delivery and customer success, ensuring complex programmes run smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes.
Together, they created MachinePace to help organisations navigate the increasing convergence of data, security, cloud and AI - enabling them to innovate with confidence while maintaining the governance, compliance and operational excellence required in today’s digital landscape.
